Rossella Sarli

My name is Rossella Sarli, I am 28 years old and originally from the province of Matera, in the Basilicata region of Italy. I have an academic background in art history: I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Heritage (with a focus on art history and performing arts, L-01) from the University of Parma in 2019, followed by a Master’s degree in Visual Arts and Museology (LM-89) from the University of Bologna in 2022. In 2024, I graduated with highest honors from a second Master’s program in Management of Live Events and Performing Arts at La Sapienza University in Rome.
During my university years, I completed several internships in libraries, archives, and cultural institutions, including the film magazine Fabrique du Cinéma in Rome, where I worked as an assistant director. I am currently engaged in community service at Fondazione Bruno Kessler’s Library. Recently, I have been pursuing professional opportunities in the museum sector, particularly in curatorial or registrar roles within Italian museums.
