Aygun Garayeva
Junior Project Manager at Fondazione Bruno Kessler, she has four years of experience working with the profit and non-profit sectors. She graduated from the Siena University (UNISI) earning a master’s degree in Global Governance, Intercultural Relations and Peace Process Management. Together with other colleagues, she has launched the Shahla Garayeva Scholarship Program aiming to advance the educational aspirations of young girls coming from unprivileged socio-economic backgrounds in Azerbaijan. Throughout her experiences, she advanced her skills in research, strategic partnership, resource development, and project management. Her main interests are gender equality and women empowerment; Civil Society Organizations and their role in human rights; conflict transformation and the peacebuilding.
