Call for Papers in honour of Oliviero Stock

The Annals of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence is pleased to announce a Special Issue CALL FOR PAPERS for a Festschrift honouring our senior fellow
In the field of Artificial Intelligence, Oliviero Stock is an admirable example of multidisciplinary researcher. His activity is on natural language processing, intelligent interfaces, and cognitive technologies. He is a pioneer in many challenging domains such as Multimodality and NLP, Computational Humour, Computational Creativity, Persuasive NLP, Ethics and AI. His specific view of artificial intelligence is that of a computational technology that helps humans, both directly and indirectly, to improve the quality of their lives.
In this special issue of AMAI, papers from all areas of artificial intelligence are welcome, and especially from those topics in which Oliviero has been active.
Full-length journal submissions are expected, that will be refereed according to the usual standards of the journal. There will be a fast-track refereeing procedure so the special issue can be ready if possible before the end of 2018.
The deadline for authors to submit their papers is May 15, 2018.
