FBK is among the first co-founding Sponsors & Hubs. The researcher Andrea Gobbi, expert in fields of applied mathematics, data analytics, network theory and deep learning, will be one of the mentors involved in this project, with a peculiar focus on time series forecasting models.
He belongs to Data Science for Industry and Physics (DSIP) research unit of the Digital Industry center at FBK, on the forefront of data science and artificial intelligence.
“FBK” – says Gobbi – “is proudly part of this initiative whose main aim is to foster Open Source and Open Science for Global Societal Benefits. We put all our expertise to empower the young talents and get the dev community stronger.”
ESoC is looking now for new partners to join the initiative all around Europe.
