Olga Gorodetskaya
Research Fellow at the Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies (FBK-IRVAPP).
She was a visiting scholar at the Centre LIVES, the Swiss Center of Expertise in Life Course Research, in Lausanne, Switzerland, and at the “Giuseppe Parenti” Department of Statistics, Computer Science, and Applications at the University of Florence.
Her research focuses on gender inequalities in the labor market and across life courses, with a particular emphasis on the interaction between family and career trajectories. She also conducts research on public policy evaluation, with a specific focus on family policies, educational interventions, and demographic challenges related to fertility and regional depopulation, as well as the social implications of new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence. Her research is primarily based on quantitative methods, empirical survey methodologies, longitudinal data analysis, and impact assessment approaches.
She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and Social Research.
