The European Union has approved SUPREME, a new pilot line aimed at establishing reliable fabrication processes for superconducting quantum chips. Led by VTT (Finland) and involving 23 partners across eight EU member states, the SUPREME consortium will work together to strengthen Europe’s emerging quantum technology ecosystem.

The study, published in the international journal "Optica" and funded by the joint laboratory Quantum @ Trento, is the result of FBK's proven experience in the production of photonic devices and integrated silicon detectors

The study by FBK researcher Mher Ghulinyan was published in Optica, a scientific journal.
