The most influential paper of the past 10 years award of the ICST 2018 has been awarded to Paolo Tonella

Ten years after the publication of the Most Influential Paper Award conferred by ICST 2018.
Paolo Tonella, Head of the Software Engineering Unit at Fondazione Bruno Kessler, has been awarded by the International Conference on Software Testing (ICST 2108 the Most Influential Paper Award, a prestigious recognition established this year by the conference – at its tenth edition this year – with the aim of honoring those contributions that have proven to have a significant impact in the Software Testing at ten years from the conference publication.
The prize has been awarded for State-Based Testing of Ajax Web Applications, a paper that was presented for the first time during the International Conference on Software Testing of 2008 and signed by Tonella himself, Filippo Ricca and Alessandro Marchetto.
Paolo Tonella was invited to participate in ICST 2018, where he again presented the paper together with Ricca and received the Most Influential Paper Award.
