Eleonora Barbieri Masini

Professor Emeritus of Futures Studies and Human Ecology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Gregorian University, Rome; Was General Secretary and then Chairman of the World Futures Studies Federation (WFSF) and Member of: International Sociological Association (ISA), Italian Sociological Association (AIS), Club of Rome, World Academy of Art and Science (WAAS) and World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Her studies have been focused on medium- and long-term social changes. Specifically, she sought to identify what education and family could lead to possible better futures, focusing her attention on women as future-makers in different countries and cultures.
