Simone Aliprandi

PhD in information society (with an exploratory research on copyright law in the digital age, the results of which are entirely available online), he is a lawyer engaged in consulting, training and research in the field of copyright and more generally ICT law. Founder and head of the Copyleft-italia Project, he has been collaborating with some universities in the field of ICT law and Communication Law since 2005. He constantly participates in conferences and public events, holds conferences. He collaborates with Array’s Milan-based specialized legal team active in the field of Information Technology Law, with a focus on Free Software and Open Source. He has published some books, articles and multimedia content, releasing all works with copyleft type licenses. He collaborates with some web publications, publishing articles and comments on a more or less weekly basis.
