William Morais
Dr. William Morais is a battery scientist with focus on the development of greener and safer batteries at the Center for Sustainable Energy – Fondazione Bruno Kessler. Has a postdoc on Sodium-Ion Batteries at the University of São Paulo (USP – 2022), PhD on aqueous electrochemical storage systems by the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto – USP (2018). Master of Chemistry by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN – 2013). Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry by UFRN (2010). Has experience in synthesis (solid-state, hydrothermal, coprecipitation), also in electrochemical (battery tests, EIS, GITT, CV) and material (XRD, FTIR, SEM, TGA, AFM) characterization.
