Andrea Pojer

Andrea Pojer studied history and art history at the Katholische Universität Eichstätt- Ingolstadt. He works on the history of space, with a focus on Alpine areas and cultural exchanges between the Italian and Germanic worlds. As part of his doctoral project, which he is carrying out at the University of Trento and the Italian-German Historical Institute-FBK, he is working on the Dolomites in the modern age, attempting to reconstruct how the high mountain environment was experienced and perceived by various historical actors.
