Sandro Zorzi
He earned his Ph.D. in Nanosystems Science and Technology from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, focusing primarily on the nanoengineering of catalytic materials for energy applications using plasma deposition techniques. He has conducted research at universities and international research centers in Sweden, France, and Canada. He has also spearheaded and led funded projects based on advanced neutron and photon analysis techniques at large-scale international facilities such as the Institut Laue-Langevin (France) and Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste (Italy).
At the SE Center, he is currently engaged in the development and characterization of advanced materials for hydrogen production technologies using low- and high-temperature electrolysis.
