FBK Board of Directors and Board of Auditors: the new appointments

The Board of Founders and Supporters of the Bruno Kessler Foundation, which met on July 20, 2023 morning at Povo headquarters, appointed Federico Genetti and Maurizio Gianordoli as members of the Board of Directors. The new board members follow Gian Nicola Berti and Alberto Carli-who have completed their terms-and will serve a four-year term.

At the same meeting, the Board of Founders and Supporters also appointed Raffaella Ferrai as a full member of the Board of Auditors – whose appointment will follow that of Lucia Zandonella Maiucco, who is ending her second four-year term in November-and reappointed Emanuele Bonafini, whose first term had expired on July 18, 2023, as an alternate member.
