Manuela Bacca
Manuela Bacca is part of the People Innovation for Research department and is the contact person for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, starting with the Welcome Office for the coordination and management of reception services for international staff. She is actively involved in implementing the Foundation’s Gender Equality Plan (GEP) and in the recruitment of staff with disabilities, promoting an inclusive, fair and organisationally-minded corporate culture.
