Valentina Marziano
Valentina Marziano is a researcher at Fondazione Bruno Kessler’s Center for Health Emergencies. Her research focuses on the use and development of quantitative epidemiology methods to respond effectively to health emergencies. Her work has made a significant contribution to the understanding of epidemiological dynamics and supported decisions regarding public health interventions for several diseases, including COVID-19, mpox, pandemic influenza H1N1, chickenpox, and measles. Dr. Marziano collaborates closely with public health institutes, both national and international, including the Istituto Superiore di Sanità and the World Health Organization.
