    What remains to be discovered about the Higgs boson
    There will be 13,000 innovative ultra-fast silicon detectors, developed and produced by FBK, installed at the heart of the CMS (Compact Muon Solenoid) experiment at CERN in Geneva. The project, launched with INFN Turin, will help study and measure particle physics phenomena with greater precision.

    FBK hosted the Trentino meeting with the Consul General of Austria in Milan
    It was an opportunity to discuss Artificial Intelligence, as well as sustainable energy and the Hydrogen Valley. Trento Province Vice President Spinelli said: "It is an honor to welcome the Austrian delegation to such a highly specialized center as Fondazione Bruno Kessler." The Consul General of Austria, Wolfgang Strohmayer, added: "An important opportunity to highlight the broad prospects for collaboration between Austria and Trentino in the field of innovation."

    The European Union has approved SUPREME, a new pilot line aimed at establishing reliable fabrication processes for superconducting quantum chips. Led by VTT (Finland) and involving 23 partners across eight EU member states, the SUPREME consortium will work together to strengthen Europe’s emerging quantum technology ecosystem.
